Lead Consultant – Caribbean
The Centre for Disaster Protection is recruiting a consultant to lead its disaster risk financing (DRF) work across the Caribbean, working with FCDO’s regional office and the Caribbean Development Bank.
The role covers advisory support to governments on national DRF strategies and instruments, training delivery, and evidence-generation and policy engagement with regional partners and government officials across the region.
Full-time and fixed-term, based in the Caribbean, running to March 2028, starting December 2026. Candidates need proven DRF experience, strong regional networks and the right to work in the Caribbean.
