The Gambia Disaster Risk Finance Diagnostic

This Disaster Risk Diagnostic supports The Gambia’s efforts to strengthen disaster risk financing. Produced by the Centre for Disaster Protection with the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs and the National Disaster Risk Management Agency, at the support of the African Development Bank, the report assesses available disaster risk data and analysis. It recommends ways to build a clearer risk profile, helping the government design more effective DRF instruments and strategies for greater financial resilience.
