Arniela Renique Vega

Arniela is the Innovation Consultant supporting the development of the Centre’s innovation platform, Labs. She contributes to shaping its initial strategy and project portfolio, as well as positioning the platform for strategic partnerships and future funding.

Prior to joining the Centre for Disaster Protection, Arniela worked with the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and the World Food Programme (WFP), supporting governments in the design and delivery of social protection, livelihoods, and climate resilience programmes across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia-Pacific.

Arniela holds an MSc in Development Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a BA in Political Science and Government.
