Hanin Khaddour

Hanin joined the Centre in October 2025 as Project Manager for Advisory, Training and Labs. She brings a rich breadth of cross-sector experience spanning the private sector, public sector, and humanitarian space, giving her a distinctive perspective on complex organisational challenges.

Prior to joining the Centre, Hanin worked with primary care NHS teams on developing workforce retention programmes. Before that, she contributed to the British Red Cross's Refugee Support Services, and earlier in her career was part of Apple's operations team.

Hanin holds an MSc in Violence, Conflict and Development from SOAS University of London, which deepened her commitment to international development and set her on her current path.

Outside of work, she enjoys going for walks and discovering new places to eat.
