Eloise Judd

As Project Manager for the Global Policy Engagement and Communications team, Eloise leads project planning, delivery, reporting, and controls to ensure successful delivery of impactful initiatives at the Centre.

With extensive experience in Project, Programme and Portfolio Management across a wide range of sectors and client types, Eloise has led projects in humanitarian response, climate resilience, and sustainable design. Her expertise in stakeholder and partnership management spans both public and private sectors, where she has successfully formed and led partnerships and coalitions towards shared development goals.

Eloise holds a Master's degree in Conflict, Security and Development from King's College London, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Geography from Durham University.

Beyond her professional life, Eloise enjoys travelling, fitness, paddleboarding and socialising with friends.
