Omaira Chaudhry

Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager

Omaira has around ten years’ of experience working with international donor agencies, national and sub-national governments, and the private sector across diverse sectors and geographical regions as a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning professional. Prior to joining the Centre, she was responsible for designing, managing, and implementing the MEL strand of several large and complex international donor-funded programmes, as well as developing MEL performance-based dashboards.

This also included improving programme planning and management by conducting readiness assessments, gathering qualitative and quantitative evidence, and conducting mid-term, final, and impact evaluations. Omaira holds a Masters in Research, Design and Methods (Education) from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Finance and Economics from the Warwick Business School.
