Rob Bailey
Rob brings over 20 years of policy, research and consulting experience on risk, climate change and sustainable development issues, having worked with numerous corporations, financial institutions, governments, international organisations and NGOs. His is a partner in Oliver Wyman’s Insurance and Asset Management practice specializing in climate and sustainability; before this he was responsible for climate resilience at Marsh McLennan, Director of Energy, Environment and Resources at Chatham House, and led Oxfam’s policy and advocacy on climate change, food security and agricultural development.
Rob is a frequent public speaker and has published widely on topics including climate change, humanitarian reform, energy security, food security and disaster risk reduction. He was a lead author of the sixth edition of the UN Environment’s Global Environment Outlook and a specialist adviser to the House of Commons International Development Committee.
