
Blossom Egbude
Blossom Egbude is a Policy Engagement Officer at the Centre, working within the Global Policy Engagement Team to support Centre outcomes through strategic engagement with governments, private sector actors, and regional and international stakeholders. Her work focuses on translating evidence into practical and inclusive policy solutions.
She brings extensive experience across Africa and internationally in governance reform, public policy, and multi-stakeholder engagement. Blossom previously worked in the Global Policy and Advocacy team at Global Citizen, supporting high-level policy partnerships and projects across Africa. She has also served as a non-residential youth leader with the Centre for International Private Enterprise, where she led a civic and political engagement project in Nigeria. Her work was recognised with a Diana Award in 2023.
Blossom holds an MPhil in Public Policy from the University of Cambridge, where she was a Mastercard Foundation Scholar, and an LLB from Afe Babalola University. She is also an alumna of the School of Politics, Policy and Governance, where she was a Gerard Olisa-Asher Foundation Scholar.
Outside of work, she enjoys spontaneous day trips to new cities and hosting family and friends.
